A self-taught artist, Richard Macneil, founded the Macneil Studio in 2009 with his wife Judy and their sons Daniel and Kyle. Born in Winchester, Macneil began his career as an artist at the Worcester Royal Porcelain and has consistently worked in the fields of sculpture, ceramics, and illustration, both in the UK and internationally. After spending several years living on the East Coast of the USA, he returned to Worcestershire and became a freelance artist and greeting card designer. Macneil now spends any spare time he has with his family, walking in the beautiful British countryside and fishing.
